You can order directly from our web site 24 hours a day. Most stock items will ship within 24-48 hours, Monday - Friday. Some items require additional time for shipping. We will notify you if there is a delay. Custom Cases will be quoted with an estimated ship date.
Questions related to actual freight charges should be directed to Customer Support. Overweight or oversized items will be subject to carrier surcharges or add-on fees.
We sell to customers all over the world. We can ship to a US forwarding location or we can work with your freight forwarder to have the shipment picked up from our warehouse. Orders must be paid in advance by wire transfer or credit card. Customer is responsible for shipping arrangements and shipping costs. Please submit a PO with items to be purchased along with payment information and freight forwarder information including company name, U.S. contact name and phone number. Specify air or ocean. All items are Ex Works. Quantity discounts apply. Minimum order size for international orders is $500.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all Arizona orders. If you are exempt from sales tax, please provide a signed exemption certificate based on your shipping address location. You may fax your certificate to 206-203-0674.
All warranties are manufacturer warranties unless otherwise noted.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product within 15 days of purchase, call Customer Service at 480-816-9652 for a shipping address and Return Authorization Number (RA#). Packages without RA#s clearly and visibly marked on the outside of the package may be refused. All returns must be in "as new" condition and shipped prepaid, in manufacturer's original packaging, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit. Product must be returned within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RA#. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge (25% for all Zero case returns). Additional charges may be assessed if product is not in the above mentioned condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Special order or custom products are not returnable. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
Note: Canyonwest Cases recommends that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns. Also, you may want to insure your package or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
If your item is defective due to a manufacturer’s defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, replace the entire unit. We stand behind our products. Please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve any issues that may arise.
Free Shipping is offered on select items within the continental U.S. Your order will be shipped using the fastest and most reliable method possible. Most orders will ship via UPS or FEDEX Ground.
Freight Shipments: Some items are too large or too heavy to ship by UPS or FEDEX Ground and will ship by truck. These items ship free to destinations with a loading dock. Residential deliveries or any delivery requiring a truck with a lift gate will be assessed a $50 delivery charge. If you need a truck with a lift gate please call 480-816-9652. Items that need to ship by truck are identified on the product page. Allow 1-3 weeks for delivery of trucked items.
For UPS and FEDEX orders, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days after it leaves the warehouse, depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse.
This offer does not apply to APO/FPO and international addresses. Offer not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside continental US.
All items purchased from Canyonwest Cases are shipped FOB origin. This means that the title and risk of loss for all items pass to you (the customer) at the moment we deliver them to the carrier. As the owner of these goods, you must file any claim on freight which is lost or damaged en route to the destination. Please examine the contents prior to accepting shipment.
Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box is damaged, write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This insures that if there is any damage, it will be easily taken care of.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Canyonwest Cases be liable for any claim for incidental or consequential damage arising out of or in connection, manufacture, delivery or use of any product offered by Canyonwest Cases.
